Deliver high-quality training programs, workshops, and certification opportunities to strengthen professional competencies. Establish academic partnerships, promote systems engineering curricula, and create mentorship programs to support the next generation of systems engineers.

2. Position MENA as a Global Leader in Systems Engineering
Enhance the visibility and influence of the MENA region within the global systems engineering community. Participate in international INCOSE working groups, publish regional thought leadership, and host events that attract global engagement.

3. Enable Collaboration among Government, Industry, and Academia
Build bridges between key stakeholders through joint task forces, forums, and strategic initiatives. Facilitate the co-creation of solutions to regional challenges and promote ecosystem-wide alignment around systems engineering best practices.

4. Accelerate Systems Engineering Adoption in Strategic Sectors
Promote the application of systems engineering principles in critical sectors, including aerospace and defence, automotive, energy (oil, gas, nuclear, and renewable), smart cities and infrastructure, transportation and mobility, healthcare and medical systems, and water and environmental systems. Support pilot projects, form sector-specific working groups, and develop tailored guidance documents.
